Join Eva & Clare for a gorgeous Autumn weekend getaway in the Scottish Highlands to celebrate the transition of the seasons and our own inner transformation!

This luxurious retreat includes three nights stay at beautiful Menzie's Steading. In this unique & exquisite setting, you will enjoy six yoga practices including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, self-massage, sound healing & an intro to Ayurveda.

You will also enjoy three daily wholesome plant-based meals, time to restore to explore a meditative nature hike & an afternoon trip to the hot box sauna on Loch Tay! This restorative weekend is designed with pure bliss in mind, to allow all yogis a relaxing and healing experience.
Relocate
Aberfeldy is one of Scotland's best-known holiday towns and offers a complete antidote to modern-day stresses. Situated in the Heart of Scotland, Aberfeldy is the perfect place to explore all there is to offer.
Edinburgh & Glasgow are both 1 1/2 hours away by car and in 1 hour you are into the Highlands.
Aberfeldy was built up in the late 18th Century around Wades Bridge, which was the first crossing of the Upper River Tay in 1733. It has a host of fine retail shops and galleries varying from traditional to the more contemporary.

It is possible to take the train nearby or we can help guests to arrange carpooling.
Refuge
The home of our retreat is Menzie's Steading. This is truly a unique & beautiful property!
​
The historical building was completely converted in 2017. It has now been transformed into a modern open concept exclusive home. Enjoy the enclosed courtyard, spacious kitchen, elegant dining space, and the cozy lounge where you can relax by the fire.
There is good access to the river walking paths and Castle Menzies and we are not far from our hike & sauna excursions.

We will be transforming some of the generous common space into our own pop-up yoga studio! Please just bring your mat.

Relax
Menzie's Steading features luxurious accommodations. Each room is charmingly decorated, featuring all the comforts you need for a relaxing weekend.
Each bedroom has its own beautiful en-suite bathroom, most with showers & bathtubs.
The five bedrooms can be arranged into double or single beds.
Please note all accommodations are shared
(double occupancy) & the beds will arrange to suit our group's specifications.
The Steading also features lots of common space to lounge by the fire & enjoy the ambiances of the historical setting & modern comfort.
Refresh
Enjoy three daily delicious plant-based meals. Tea, light snacks & fruit will be available throughout the day.
Breakfast will include coffee or tea, a healthy smoothie, as well as porridge or yogurt options with fresh fruit.
Lunch will feature hearty soups & salads, plus fresh homemade dips with veggies & bread.
Dinner will include buddha bowls, roasted veggies, curries, pasta & more, with salad & dessert to finish a beautiful day!
Please inform us of any allergens or food sensitivities so we can accommodate for your needs. Gluten-free & vegan yogis are welcome!
